General Operative / FLT Operator
Location: Hull HU9 | Start Date: Monday 09.03.2026 Pay Rate: £12.44 per hour | Status: Temporary
Pay rate will increase to £12.80 p/h after the 12 weeks of service.
We are seeking a hardworking, physically fit individual to join our production team. This is a dual-aspect role involving manual handling and forklift operation.
The Role:

Collecting finished bags from the production line.

Stacking bags onto pallets in a specific, secure configuration.

Operating an FLT Counterbalance to move pallets for wrapping. This will require a minimal amount of time for you to operate FLT Counterbalance, therefore we require a person, who is happy to spent only 10% f their time on FLT Truck.

Allocating stock to the correct dispatch locations.

Valid FLT Counterbalance License is essential.
