Lead Talent Solutions is thrilled to be partnering with BSW Timber Solutions and Bayram Timber, local market-leading companies, to recruit several dedicated General Operatives for their state-of-the-art production and warehouse facility. With a massive 120,000m³ production capacity, this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding team!
The Role:
This is a temporary-to-permanent vacancy, offering a clear path to long-term employment. As a General Operative, you will be a vital part of our operations, responsible for:

Working efficiently within a dynamic Manufacturing environment.

Assisting Machinist in general tasks, such as loading or unloading machinery

Performing general labouring activities as required.

Accurately labelling, strapping or palletizing products for dispatch.

Safely lifting and moving products.
Working Hours & Pay:

Fixed Night Shift:
-
Monday to Friday, 6:00AM -2:00 PM (40 hours per week) rotational shift 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM

Pay: £12.96 per hour (basic), £21.52 per hour (overtime).
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.

To be physically fit and capable of general lifting and moving.

Own transport is essential due to the site's location (HU14).
