Lead Talent Solutions Seeks Production Operatives (West Hull) - This role is Temporary to permanent.

Lead Talent Solutions is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for multiple Production Operatives to join a thriving Manufacturing business in West Hull (near Asda on Hessle Road).
What you'll do:
- Rotated between various workstations on the production line.
- Load materials, monitor machinery, and ensure smooth production flow.
- Oversee product assembly and checked quality against client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in assembly or machine operation (a plus!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (excellent spoken English required for Health & Safety).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to quality and efficiency.
- A physically fit due to (standing for 8 hours, loading/unloading products).
What we offer:
- Temporary to a permanent contract after 12 weeks (subject to performance and attendance).
- Pay £11.44 per hour.
- 20 days holiday allowance, increasing to 25 days after 12 weeks.
- Monday-Thursday (8 am-4:30 pm), Friday (8 am-3:30 pm) with two breaks (15 & 30 minutes).
